Kwazzy Sells | How to Submit a Ticket
Having trouble submitting a ticket? Please follow this step-by-step guide in order to submit a ticket.
Step One: Go to "My Area" in the top right corner of the Help Center
Step Two: Click on Add Ticket (also in the top right corner)
Note: You will notice a sign in option. We do not have accounts active for our help center, so this can be ignored.
Step Three: Fill out all applicable fields and Click Submit
Step Four: We will typically respond to your ticket within 24 hours.
